As the Mall Facilities Maintenance Supervisor at AreenSwiss Mall, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and upkeep of the mall’s infrastructure and facilities. Your responsibilities will involve overseeing a team of maintenance professionals, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and coordinating with external service providers to maintain a high standard of safety, efficiency, and aesthetics
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and lead a team of facilities maintenance staff, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Provide training and support to enhance the skills and capabilities of the maintenance team.
Preventive Maintenance Programs:
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the mall.

Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance, with a focus on retail or commercial properties.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse maintenance team.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as building codes and regulations in Switzerland.
