As the Mall Operations Analyst at AreenSwiss Mall, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing operational efficiency and enhancing the overall performance of the mall. Your responsibilities will include data analysis, process improvement, and collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
Data Analysis:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs).
Process Improvement:
- Collaborate with mall management and department heads to assess and enhance operational processes.
- Recommend and implement improvements to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
Resource Allocation:
- Assist in the allocation and optimization of resources, including staffing, equipment, and facilities.
- Evaluate and propose adjustments to resource allocations based on operational needs.
Vendor Performance:
- Evaluate the performance of third-party vendors and service providers.
- Monitor service level agreements and recommend changes or improvements as necessary.
Emergency Preparedness:
- Contribute to the development and testing of emergency response plans.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure readiness for various operational scenarios.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with various departments, including facilities management, security, and leasing, to address operational challenges.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations analysis, process improvement, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with the retail or commercial property industry is a plus.
