As the Tenant Mix Strategist at AreenSwiss Mall, you will be responsible for curating a dynamic and strategic mix of retail tenants to enhance the overall shopping experience and drive the success of AreenSwiss Mall. Market Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and emerging retail concepts.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, competitor strategies, and local market dynamics.
Tenant Selection:
- Collaborate with leasing and marketing teams to define target tenant profiles and categories.
- Source and evaluate potential tenants based on brand alignment, market appeal, and financial viability.
Negotiations and Contracts:
- Engage in lease negotiations with potential tenants, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Draft and finalize lease agreements, considering factors such as lease terms, rental rates, and tenant obligations.
Tenant Relationship Management:
- Foster strong relationships with existing tenants, understanding their needs and addressing concerns.
- Work closely with tenants to facilitate collaborations and promotions that enhance the overall tenant mix.
Innovation and Trends:

Experience and Qualifications:
